1. First one polyurethane planetary mixer: you could use planetary mixer with 2 mixing shafts, among them one shafts are high speed shearing, one shaft is low speed stiring.

2. After mixing all raw materials in the big multifunctional mixer, next step you need to transfer the raw sealants from the big mixing tank to smaller mixing tank. 

Transfering must use the pump which suits high visocsity products. 

3. Add pigment or other agents to make different colors polyurethane sealants or make the polyurethane sealants better performance.

4. Use Pressure machine and filling machine together to pack the polyurethane sealants. If your production capacity is very big, you could set up fully automatically production line for making it.

If your production capacity is very small, you could use the third mixer directly to mix everything in one mixing tank, after mixing filling and packing directly.
